iLash Boutique has been created to be a relaxing and fun atmosphere for our guests and an enjoyable environment for our team of technicians. We adhere to certain policies to benefit you, our clients, and our valued team of professionals.. We welcome you and will work hard to provide a great experience as we hope to become your favorite LASH EXTENSION SALON in Ottawa.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

  • Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to us!!! , we want you to absolutely adore your lashes and your experience with each and every technician at iLash Boutiqe. If for any reason you are unhappy with the results or anything at all, please contact us within 3 days ​so that we can schedule an appointment to fix any issues.

APPOINTMENTS

  • Appointments can be made by calling, or through text. We do not accept appointments by e-mail or social media.

LATE POLICY

  • If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate you however, time may not permit for us to honor your full service and your appointment may be shortened and/or rescheduled to ensure we are on schedule for our next client. If you arrive 20 minutes late or more we will need to reschedule your appointment so our technicians can provide you with the absolute best quality of work.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY

  • We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text or email. Please honor your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 6 business hours* before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. If cancelling/rescheduling for 2 or more people, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • * ex)10:00AM appointments must be cancelled 6 business hours in advance by 2:00PM the previous day, not 4:00AM on the day of the appointment.
  • Clients who have No-showed or Cancel more than twice for appointments will be asked to prepay/pay a deposit $50 towards their visit when booking future appointments.
  • All appointment cancellations must be made & confirmed via telephone. Appointment cancellations through email are not accepted.

ALLERGIC REACTION

  • Most allergic reactions to eyelash extensions are due to the adhesive. If you feel that you may be sensitive to the products, we do offer the trial for testing the glue.
  •  If you feel any discomfort after lash extensions have been applied, please call us as soon as possible and we will gladly do our best to accommodate you.

RETAIL PRODUCTS

  • Retail product purchases are a final sale.

REFUND POLICY

  • We always try our best to make the customers happy with our services, and make sure you satisfy before you leave.
  • We can not do refund because our estheticians already spend time and effort to do the work.
